How we handle your personal information and the data on laptops sent to us.
This site is run by Creative IT (UK) Ltd, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZA060744).
What we collect
The contact details you give us when you book, call, email or use the enquiry form, details of your device and the fault, and basic, anonymous website statistics. The postcode check and the price calculator run in your browser and don’t send anything to us.
Data on your laptop
We access the files on your laptop only where the repair needs it, for example to test it or to copy files off before a reinstall. Any copy we make is deleted once you confirm you have everything.
How we use your information
To provide the service, send quotes, updates and invoices, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We don’t sell personal information.
