About the workshop
Lenovo Laptop Repairs is run by Creative IT, an independent repair workshop at 80 Willow Walk, London SE1. We repair Lenovo laptops for homes, schools and businesses across the UK: screens, batteries, keyboards, hinges, charging ports, motherboards and liquid damage.
We are not part of Lenovo, and we repair older models that are no longer sold.

Which Lenovo laptops do you repair?
All of them: ThinkPad, ThinkBook, IdeaPad, Yoga, Legion, LOQ, Lenovo V series and Lenovo Chromebooks. 1347 models in 102 series are listed, current and withdrawn, with their machine types from Lenovo’s product reference.
Do you repair Lenovo laptops that are out of warranty or no longer sold?
Yes. We source new and used parts for older models, and repair boards at component level.
How long does a repair take?
Most screen, keyboard, battery, hinge and charging port repairs take one to three working days once the part is here. Motherboard repairs take longer.
Do I get a price first?
Yes. The price calculator shows our prices by range, and we confirm the price after diagnosis. Nothing is repaired until you agree.
Can you collect my laptop?
Yes. Book online and we arrange a courier collection from anywhere in the UK, or drop it at our London SE1 workshop with free parking. Check your postcode.
Are you part of Lenovo?
No. We’re an independent repair workshop run by Creative IT (UK) Ltd, and not a Lenovo service provider. We repair laptops that are out of warranty or that Lenovo won’t repair.
