How a repair works
From booking to collecting your laptop, in four steps.
- Book onlineFill in the repair form and you get a job number by email straight away.
- Drop off or courierBring the laptop and charger to our London SE1 workshop, Monday to Saturday, or we arrange a courier from anywhere in the UK.
- Diagnosis and quoteWe find the fault and tell you the price. Nothing is repaired until you agree.
- Repair and testWe fit the part, test the laptop, and let you know it’s ready to collect or post back.
Sending it by courier
- Book online first, so the parcel is matched to your job number.
- Send the charger with the laptop.
- Pack it in a sturdy box with at least 5 cm of padding on every side.
- Back up anything important first if the laptop still works.
- If the battery is swollen, tell us when you book: swollen batteries need special packing.
Your files
A repair doesn’t wipe the storage. If Windows has to be reinstalled, we copy your files off first.
