How long does a IdeaPad Creator repair take?

Will I lose my files?
Not from a normal repair: we don’t wipe the storage. If Windows needs reinstalling, or the board is badly damaged, we copy your files off first. Data recovery is available if the storage has failed.

Is my IdeaPad Creator too old to repair?
